Italian Turkey Steak
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Pesto 1 tablespoon
- Tomatoes 0 oz
- Melted Cheese 0 oz
- Pistachios 0 oz
- White Balsamic Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a dry, hot skillet, toast the pine nuts for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the skillet and place the steak over high heat. Season with salt and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Slice the tomato.
Step 4
Flip the steak and season with pepper. Lower the heat.
Step 5
Spread pesto sauce on top.
Step 6
Add the tomato slices.
Step 7
Then add the mozzarella slices. Season with black pepper.
Step 8
Cover with a lid and simmer for another 5–7 minutes on low heat.
Step 9
Transfer to a plate and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Step 10
Add the pine nuts and serve.
