Ingredients
- Beef 30 oz
- Onion 10 oz
- Paprika 1 tablespoon
- Ground Cumin ½ spoons
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Baking Tomatoes 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Broth 1 glass
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into cubes. In a pot with oil, sauté the chopped onion until soft, then add vinegar and allow it to evaporate before adding the spices.
Step 2
Add the meat, tomatoes, garlic, bay leaf, zest, and salt to the pot, and mix well.
Step 3
Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. Cover with a lid and simmer for 3 hours. During the simmering process, add more broth as needed and stir occasionally.
