Ingredients
- Cod fillet 20 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 3 spoons
- Vegetable Oil 6 teaspoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Butter 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cod (or hake) fillet into pieces about the thickness of a finger and place them on a baking sheet that has 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil poured on the bottom. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with vegetable oil, and sprinkle with melted butter. Top with minced garlic.
Step 2
Place the baking tray in an oven preheated to 180–390°F and bake until cooked through (about 15–20 minutes). Five minutes before it's done, carefully flip the fish, sprinkle with parsley, and return it for another 5 minutes. Drizzle the finished fish with lemon juice.
