Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken legs and remove any excess fat. Pat them dry with a paper towel. Rub the legs with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish. Sprinkle with rosemary and parsley on top.
Step 2
Place olives and tomatoes between the legs, along with the peeled and minced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil.
Step 3
Bake at 390°F for about 1 hour.
