- Scallops 20 oz
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Parsley 1 piece
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Green peppercorns 2 pieces
- Ground clove 2 pieces
- Salt to taste

- Lemon 1 piece
- Orange zest 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the scallops in salted water for about 2 minutes, adding pepper, cloves, and bay leaf.
Step 2
Meanwhile, slice the carrots, finely chop the parsley root, lightly sauté, add to the scallops, and cook until done for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Then remove the scallops, cool them down, and slice.
Step 4
When serving, garnish the dish with orange and lemon wedges and herbs.
