- Pumpkin 15 oz

- White bread 15 oz
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thinly slice the salami and onion, finely chop the garlic, and lightly sauté them with the chopped bell peppers in a large skillet.
Step 2
Cut the mozzarella and bread into small cubes and mix them with the sautéed salami in a large bowl.
Step 3
In a separate container, mix the condensed milk, diced pumpkin, eggs, salt, pepper, and spices.
Step 4
Pour the pumpkin mixture over the bread with salami and mozzarella.
Step 5
Gently mix all the ingredients to ensure the bread is well soaked.
Step 6
Transfer the entire mixture to a baking dish, previously greased with vegetable oil.
Step 7
Bake in the oven at 345°F for 30-35 minutes.

Serve warm.
