Italian Meatballs with Almonds
Ingredients
- Ground meat 10 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except for the oil, and mix well. Form 16–20 balls (depending on size).
Step 3
Grease a baking sheet with oil. Place the balls on the sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes, then turn them over and bake on the other side. Serve the meatballs over prepared spaghetti with tomato sauce.
Step 4
Serve, garnished with fresh basil.
