- White bread 5 oz
- Lean Beef 25 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Parsley 0 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ spoons
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Red Long Chili Peppers ¼ g
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush the stale bread (preferably in a blender), grate the cheese, and chop the parsley. Add all of this to the minced meat along with the egg and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Shape the mixture into meatballs.
Step 3
Sauté in olive oil over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
