Italian Couscous
Ingredients
- Couscous 5 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Herbes de Provence 1 tablespoon
- Dried Chamomile 1 teaspoon
- Fresh basil leaves 1 teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice ½ g
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Ocean salt to taste
- Scallions 1 stalk
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the couscous into a deep bowl and add salt.
Step 2
Add the herbes de Provence.
Step 3
Then add the marjoram.
Step 4
Add the dried basil.
Step 5
Season with chili pepper.
Step 6
Pour boiling water over it and cover with a lid or a plate.
Step 7
After 4 minutes, fluff the grains with a fork.
Step 8
Drizzle with olive oil and mix.
Step 9
Finely chop the green onion and sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 10
Add the sun-dried tomatoes to the dish and mix.
Step 11
Sprinkle with green onion and serve.
