Italian Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 6 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ocean salt to taste
- Italian chopped parsley 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Place them in a bowl.
Step 3
Peel the onion, slice it into half-rings, and add it to the bowl.
Step 4
Press a couple of garlic cloves into the bowl.
Step 5
Season with coarse sea salt and add the Italian herb mix. Mix well.
Step 6
Add the extra virgin olive oil and mix well with your hands.
Step 7
Spread on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little more extra virgin olive oil.
Step 8
Bake for 20–30 minutes. If possible, broil for 5 minutes until golden brown. Optionally, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese before broiling.
Step 9
Serve as a side dish.
