Ingredients
- Dough for dumplings 20 oz
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Lamb 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ginger 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into pieces, pass it through a meat grinder along with the garlic, season with salt and pepper, add finely chopped green onion and ground ginger, and mix well.
Step 2
Form a roll from the dough, cut into pieces, and roll each piece into a circle. Place the filling on the rolled circles and pinch the edges decoratively.
Step 3
Grease a deep baking tray with oil, place the dumplings on it, add 2 cups of water, cover with foil, and cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with soy sauce.
