Hunter's Chicken with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Poultry 0 lbs
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 5 oz
- Rosemary 1 bunch
- Olives stuffed with lemon 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Bay leaf 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken into medium pieces, and chop the onion finely. Crush the garlic and add it to the onion.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into a pot and add half of the butter. Once the oil is heated, add the onion and garlic. Add the sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 5–7 minutes. Also add 1 bay leaf for a special aroma.
Step 3
Add the chicken to the sauté. Simmer for 5 minutes. Also add wine and enough water to cover the meat. Be sure to remove the garlic to avoid bitterness. Lower the heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
Step 4
Add olives and rosemary to the chicken. Add salt to taste and simmer for another 5 minutes. Remove the rosemary, and the dish is ready!
