Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin 20 oz
  • Yakiniku sauce 2 spoons
  • Rice Vinegar for Sushi 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Buckwheat Groats 2 spoons
  • Scallions 0 oz
  • Chicken Broth 0 qt
  • Udon Noodles 10 oz
  • Miso Paste 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Trim the pork fillet of any membranes and fat, then marinate it in a mixture of teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and vegetable oil.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 430°F and place the marinated pork inside for 30 to 40 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the baking tray with the pork from the oven and spread a thin layer of honey over the pork. Return it to the oven for five minutes. Then turn off the heat and prepare the side dish.

Step 4

Boil the ramen noodles in chicken broth, then strain the broth into another container, mix it with miso paste, and cook for a couple of minutes.

Step 5

Slice the pork into thin pieces and serve with noodles and a bowl of chicken miso topped with chopped green onions.
