Honey-Mustard Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- Duck wings 0 lbs
- Soy Sauce 4 tablespoons
- Mustard Greens 2 tablespoons
- Honey 1½ tablespoons
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Grated Ginger Root ½ teaspoon
- Ground Dried Garlic ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the wings. Then cut the wings in half, but not all the way through, making a deep cut while keeping them intact.
Step 2
Mix all the marinade ingredients together.
Step 3
Pour the marinade over the wings, mix well, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours (less is worse, more is better).
Step 4
Place the wings on a baking sheet and sprinkle with paprika or chicken seasoning for a nice crust. Preheat the oven to 390°F and bake for 35–40 minutes until cooked through.
