  • Salted honey mushrooms 30 oz
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Salad Potatoes 30 oz
  • Sour Cream 10 oz
  • Salt 1½ teaspoons
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Clean the honey mushrooms, place them in salted water, and bring to a boil. Cook for 10–12 minutes from the moment of boiling, then drain the water. Cut the mushrooms into 2–3 pieces.

Step 2

Sauté the chopped onion for 1–2 minutes over medium heat until translucent.

Step 3

Add the peeled and diced potatoes, stir, and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Add the boiled mushrooms to the skillet with the potatoes.

Step 5

Add the sour cream and stir, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 5–7 minutes.
