Ingredients
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Chicken fillet 30 oz
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, the juice of one lemon, and the grated zest of two lemons.
Step 2
Place the chicken fillet in a baking dish, pour the lemon-honey mixture over it, and spread it evenly over the chicken.
Step 3
Put the dish in a preheated oven at 355°F and bake, occasionally basting with the marinade, for about 30–35 minutes, until the fillet is golden brown and the sauce has almost completely evaporated.
Step 4
Remove the cooked breasts from the oven and let them cool.
Step 5
Slice and serve with lemon wedges.
