- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 6 pieces
- Chicken bones 8 pieces
- Barbecue sauce to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue well. Place the chicken on a grill rack greased with vegetable oil and grill, turning occasionally, for about 30 minutes until cooked through (breasts take a little longer).
Step 2
10 minutes before it's done, brush the meat with 1 cup of honey barbecue sauce. Grill until golden brown, season with salt, and serve with the remaining sauce.
