- Poultry 1 piece
- Paprika 0 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Thyme 0 oz
- Rosemary 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Date honey 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 5 fl oz
- Plums 10 oz
- Pistachios 0 oz
- Tarragon 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, soak the chicken in salted water with herbs overnight. In a large pot, place the chicken, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
Step 2
Pour in water and add salt at a rate of 10 grams per 1 liter.
Step 3
The next day, prepare the marinade for the chicken. Mix honey with soy sauce, smoked paprika, sweet chili pepper, and vegetable oil.
Step 4
Coat the chicken with the marinade on all sides and leave for about 5 hours.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 180–390°F.
Step 6
Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and put it in the oven for 30–35 minutes.
Step 7
Wash the plums, cut them in half, and remove the pits.
Step 8
5–7 minutes before the chicken is done, place the halved plums in the oven with the chicken.
Step 9
Transfer the cooked chicken and plums to a plate.
Step 10
Sprinkle with pine nuts and garnish with tarragon.
Step 11
Serve.
