Ingredients
- Squid 5 oz
- Pork Blood 5 oz
- Celery salt 5 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Chicken skin with fat 0 oz
- Chicken Broth 15 fl oz
- Starch film 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the squid and blanch it with 150 ml of chicken broth.
Step 2
Finely chop the pork, add a little soy sauce, salt, and mix.
Step 3
Wash the celery root, remove the leaves, and cut the stalk into 2.5 cm pieces.
Step 4
Bring 300 ml of chicken broth to a boil, and sauté the pork in chicken fat.
Step 5
Transfer to the broth, add the squid, and simmer for 3 minutes, then add the celery and continue to simmer until cooked.
Step 6
At the end of cooking, pour in starch diluted with cold water (1:2) until a jelly-like consistency is achieved.
