- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Sweet Pepper 1 piece
- Potato 6 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 7 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbs 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into cubes and sauté until cooked, gradually adding hot water as it evaporates.
Step 2
At the end of frying, add the chopped or sliced carrots, chopped onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers.
Step 3
Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into large cubes, then add them to the skillet with the meat. Pour in a little hot water and simmer until cooked through. At the end, season with salt and pepper, and add some herbs.
