Homestyle Pork and Beef Cutlets
Main Dishes • European
Description
For these cutlets, you can use any ground meat, but if you use both pork and beef, the flavor is much better. They can be served with mashed potatoes or a vegetable side dish. If you don't have breadcrumbs, you can use soaked bread inside, and for coating, you can use flour.
