Ingredients
- Pork Blood 15 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into portions, and if desired, you can tenderize it. Grease a baking tray with sunflower oil and place the meat on it. Don't forget to season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and chop the onion. Sprinkle the meat with onion and carrot.
Step 3
Spread mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 4
Bake the pork in the oven at 430°F for 30 minutes.
