Ingredients
- Onion 2 pieces
- Pork tenderloin 20 oz
- Vegetable Oil 3 spoons
- Bay leaf to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
- Wheat Flour to taste
- Water 3 glasses
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the meat, cut it into cubes, season with salt and pepper, and sauté in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Add finely chopped onion, sprinkle with flour, and sauté.
Step 3
Transfer to a pot, pour in 3 cups of hot water, add tomato paste and bay leaf, cover with a lid, and simmer for 50 minutes.
