Homestyle Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 0 lbs
- Tomatoes 5 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Dill 1 bunch
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Mineral water 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Onion 4 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the chicken, cut the fillet into small pieces, and fry it with added salt (to taste), ground pepper, and chopped onion (peel, chop, and then add). Fry everything.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin strips, and lay them on the bottom of a baking dish, lightly salting (the potatoes form the first layer).
Step 3
Place the fried chicken on the baking dish (the chicken forms the second layer).
Step 4
Slice the tomatoes into rings and distribute them evenly over the baking dish (the tomatoes form the third layer).
Step 5
Cut the bell pepper into small strips and lay them over the tomatoes (the pepper forms the fourth layer).
Step 6
In a separate bowl, pour in a cup of water (preferably warm) and add two tablespoons of mayonnaise, whisk well, and pour over the casserole. Then salt the casserole.
Step 7
Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the casserole.
Step 8
Send it to the oven.
