Ingredients
- Milk 0 qt
- Chicken Egg 10 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Beef chuck roast 15 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Herbs 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, salt, and melted butter.
Step 2
Mix until smooth, then pour in warm milk and whisk together.
Step 3
Gradually add the sifted flour in small portions until the desired consistency of the dough is achieved.
Step 4
At the end, add vegetable oil and mix well. If the batter has lumps, you can strain it.
Step 5
Boil the beef until cooked through.
Step 6
Pass the beef through a meat grinder.
Step 7
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, sauté the beef and onion. Transfer to a plate and add the chopped egg. Use the resulting mixture to fill the pancakes.
Step 8
Serve with sour cream and fresh herbs.
