Description
Preparing the sauce for the meatballs: Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a saucepan. Gradually add 1 tablespoon of flour to the heated oil. Fry for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly. Then pour in 1 tablespoon of low-fat cream. Reduce until thickened, season with salt and pepper. Serve the meatballs with potatoes.
Ingredients
- Beef 15 oz
- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Sourdough Bread 2 slices
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the meat and cut it into cubes. It is best to remove all sinews from the meat.
Step 2
Peel the onion and also cut it into cubes.
Step 3
Pass all the ingredients through a meat grinder, alternating between them.
Step 4
Make a well in the resulting minced meat and crack the egg into it.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Shape the minced meat into small balls, no larger than a walnut.
Step 7
Fry in a hot skillet with olive oil. Ensure that each meatball is cooked evenly.
Step 8
Place the meatballs in a pot, add a little water to the bottom, and simmer over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
