Soak the bread in milk.
Step 2
Finely chop the potato and onion. Mix everything with the minced meat.
Step 3
Add the egg, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Shape into your preferred form of patties, dip both sides in breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Place on a preheated skillet with sunflower oil. Fry on both sides.
