  • Pike 20 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Vinegar essence 5 fl oz
  • Safflower Oil 5 fl oz
  • Salt 1 tablespoon
  • Fish Oil 1 teaspoon

Clean the fish from scales and entrails.

Remove the heads from the fish. Rinse well under running water.
