Ingredients
- Mustard Greens 3 tablespoons
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 55 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 heads
- Mixed Ground Peppers 0 oz
- Ground coriander 1 teaspoon
- Paprika 4 tablespoons
- Chicken Seasoning 4 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Dr. Oetker Cake Jelly 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces, add finely chopped garlic, salt, spices, oil, lemon juice, and gelatin. Mix well.
Step 2
Portion into a baking sleeve, tie securely at both ends, and refrigerate overnight to marinate.
Step 3
The next day, wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 390°F.
Step 4
Cool under a press for 6–8 hours.
Step 5
Serve chilled, sliced into portions.
