Ingredients
- Beef 20 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce 1½ cups
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Grind the meat through a meat grinder twice, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Sauté the onion and add it to the minced meat along with 1 tablespoon of milk or water, mix thoroughly, and form sausages about 1.5 cm in diameter and 8–10 cm long.
Step 4
Fry in a pan with oil, pour over the sauce, and simmer.
