  • Water 0 qt
  • Salt 0 oz
  • Sugar 0 oz
  • Ground clove 4 pieces
  • Green peppercorns 0 oz
  • Ground coriander 0 oz
  • Mini vegetables 30 oz
  • Leek 20 oz
  • Sour Cream to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Combine salt, sugar, cloves, black peppercorns, and coriander in a deep container. Pour in the water.

Step 2

Mix well.

Step 3

Place the herring in the brine and leave it in a dark place for 24 hours.

Step 4

Before serving, boil the potatoes until tender.

Step 5

Slice the leek into rings.

Step 6

Fry in vegetable oil.

Step 7

On a plate, place the herring.

Step 8

Next, add the mini potatoes.

Step 9

Then add the fried leek and a spoonful of sour cream.

Step 10

Serve.
