Hedgehogs made with pork mince
Ingredients
- Rice 5 oz
- Pork Mince 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Spices to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the rice until it is al dente (fully cooked).
Step 2
Mix with the minced meat, onion (finely diced), carrot (grated), egg, spices, and salt.
Step 3
Shape the meatballs and place them in a deep skillet. Add water (you can mix it with a small amount of mayonnaise) until it reaches halfway up the meatballs, and cook on the stove for about 20 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. To do this, blanch the tomatoes, peel them, grate them, and add some sour cream and a few cloves of garlic. Pour the sauce over the hedgehogs and simmer for another 20 minutes.
Step 5
When the meatballs are ready, arrange them on plates, then add a tablespoon of flour mixed with water to the sauce and bring it to a boil. Drizzle the sauce over the meatballs and sprinkle with herbs.
