Hawaiian Chicken with Corn
Main Dishes • Hawaiian
Description
Our whole family loves this simple and delicious dish. Even our one-and-a-half-year-old son devours it. Thanks to the corn, the flavor is incredibly tender and aromatic. I recommend it!
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 lbs
- Canned Corn 1 can
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Hard Cheese 10 oz
- Chicken fillet 0 lbs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized cubes. Peel the potatoes and slice them into 1.5–2 cm thick slices. Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with sunflower oil and layer the ingredients: first the chicken fillet, season with salt and pepper to taste; then add the onion; next, 1/3 of the can of corn and spread with mayonnaise; now carefully and beautifully layer the potatoes on top, season with salt again; add the remaining can of corn along with the liquid. Spread everything with mayonnaise and generously sprinkle with cheese.
