  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Oat flakes 0 oz
  • Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
  • Frozen vegetables 'Hawaiian mix' 1 pack
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Ground meat 30 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pour 100 ml of milk over the oat flakes and let them soak for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Prepare the ground chicken, season with salt and pepper, add minced garlic, soaked oat flakes, and 1 egg. Mix everything well. Place the mixture in a baking dish, forming edges. Spread the 'Hawaiian Mix' vegetables over the chicken mixture.

Step 3

For the filling, beat the eggs, add 100 ml of milk and sour cream, mix everything together and pour it over the filling.

Step 4

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 40–45 minutes.
