This recipe is perfect for using Haruhi steak.
Ingredients
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Fresh Rose Hips 1 sprig
- Garlic 1 clove
- Butter 0 oz
- Steaks 5 oz
- Chili Flakes to taste
- Coarse Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
Step 2
Let the steak rest at room temperature for 5–7 minutes.
Step 3
Place the meat in the heated oil.
Step 4
Grease the foil with butter (about 15 g).
Step 5
After 3–4 minutes, flip the meat.
Step 6
Add the sprig of rosemary and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 7
Peel and crush the garlic with a chef's knife.
Step 8
Add the garlic to the oil. Sauté for another 5–6 minutes.
Step 9
Place the garlic and rosemary on the foil over the butter.
Step 10
Lay the meat on top and brush it with the remaining butter. Wrap in foil and let it rest for 7 minutes.
Step 11
Transfer to a plate, season with salt and pepper. Ready!
