
Harmonica Potatoes with Sour Cream Sauce

Description
The potatoes should be large and preferably elongated.
Ingredients
- New Potatoes 2 pieces
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 0 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Make crosswise cuts in the potatoes, but do not cut all the way through. It is convenient to do this on a plate with edges that will prevent the knife from going all the way down.
Step 2
Cut the bacon into thin slices. Insert the bacon into the cuts.
Step 3
Place the potatoes in a preheated oven at 390°F and meanwhile prepare the sauce.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion, herbs, and garlic, sauté them in a pan with oil or the same bacon. Mix with sour cream — this is our sauce.
Step 5
Remove the potatoes from the oven — they are already slightly cooked, pour the sauce over the potatoes and put them back in to bake.
