- Poultry 40 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Water 5 qt
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sort and rinse the rice. Put the chicken to boil, and use the broth to prepare the arisa.
Step 2
Remove the cooked chicken from the bones.
Step 3
Add the meat to the broth and pour in the stock. Continue to simmer for 3-4 hours, stirring constantly.
Step 4
At the end of cooking, add butter and salt to taste, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
