Ingredients
- Onion 4 pieces
- Lamb 20 oz
- Potato 2 pieces
- Fat Tail Fat 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dill to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead elastic dough from flour, salt, and water.
Step 2
Add finely chopped lamb, chopped onion, finely diced fat tail, diced potato, salt, pepper, and finely crumbled dill and parsley to the mixture.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a large circle, place the filling, and roll it up, sealing the ends.
Step 4
Place the prepared rolls on buttered steamers, set the racks over a pot of boiling water, and cook for 40 minutes.
