
Ham with Fig and Orange Glaze

You need to take a large piece of ham, approximately 6 kg. It can be bone-in.
Ingredients
- Ham 1 piece
- Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
- Fig Jam 1 jar
- Oranges 1 piece
- Orange juice concentrate 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 320°F.
Step 2
Place the ham in the oven for 1 hour.
Step 3
Mix the fig jam, mustard, grated orange zest, and orange juice. In a saucepan, set over low heat and cook, stirring, until the jam dissolves without boiling.
Step 4
Brush the ham with half of the sauce and return to the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Then drizzle the remaining sauce over the ham and transfer to a cutting board. Slice thinly.
