  • Pork Blood 5 lbs
  • Lentils 10 oz
  • Turnips 2 pieces
  • Shallot 8 pieces
  • Celery stalk 2 pieces
  • Thyme 1 sprig
  • Sour Cream to taste

Step 1

Pour water over the ham, bring to a boil, and drain the water. Repeat. Then cook for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Add lentils, chopped carrots, celery stalks, bay leaf, thyme sprig, and shallots. Cook for one hour.

Step 3

Add sour cream. Season to taste.
