Ingredients
- Poultry 1 piece
- Duck wings 6 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Honey to taste

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Remove the legs from the chicken and set them aside (they will not be needed). Place the chicken on a baking tray, breast side up. Flatten it out and press down so it is flat, with the wings on top.
Step 3
Make slits in the skin of the 6 wings so that they remain open after roasting.
Step 4
Place the wings under the chicken to create the illusion that the bird has many wings, resembling a bat.
Step 5
Sprinkle with salt and pepper on top and brush with honey. Roast until cooked, about 1 hour.
