Use low-fat unsweetened yogurt.
Ingredients
- Onion 2 heads
- Halibut 20 oz
- Yogurt powder 4 tablespoons
- Tarragon 0 oz
- Lime Juice 1 tablespoon
- Dill 1 bunch
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the halibut fillet into large pieces and steam until cooked. Separate the flesh from the skin and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Slice the onion into thin half-rings, drizzle with lime juice, and let marinate for ten minutes.
Step 3
Finely chop the tarragon and dill, reserving two sprigs for garnish.
Step 4
Combine the halibut pieces, onion, and chopped herbs with yogurt, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Garnish the finished salad with sprigs of tarragon and dill.
