Ingredients
- Halibut 10 oz
- Carrot 4 pieces
- Leek 2 stalks
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Shallot 2 heads
- Marinated cherries 10 pieces
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Tarragon 2 stalks
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Pasilla Pepper to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the halibut into two pieces. Coarsely chop the leeks, shallots, and carrots, and halve the tomatoes.
Step 2
Line a baking dish or tray with foil, drizzle it with olive oil, and add white wine. Arrange the vegetables, place the fish on top, add a bay leaf and other spices. Cover with foil.
Step 3
Bake for ten minutes at 390°F.
