- Lamb 10 oz
- Onion ½ head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Garlic 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the lamb into pieces, fry it, and cover with water just enough to submerge the meat. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half rings, grate the carrot, fry them, add the crushed tomatoes, and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Pour this sauce over the meat and simmer for another 20 minutes.
Step 4
Crush the garlic, add it, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
