Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
  • Hake 1 piece
  • Onion 1 head
  • Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
  • Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
  • Fish Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Clean the fish, cut it into desired pieces, and place it in a dish. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish, drizzle with vinegar, and let it marinate. I always do this procedure with hake, as this Atlantic fish has a very specific smell.

Step 2

Sauté the onion and mushrooms until cooked.

Step 3

Peel the potatoes and boil them whole.

Step 4

Place the fish in the dish where we will bake the meal. Pour over the juice that has been released during marinating. Top with mushrooms and sliced potatoes.

Step 5

Add seasoning and a little water to the sour cream, mix, and pour over the future dish. Place in an oven preheated to 320°F for 40 minutes.
