Step 1
Pass all the offal through a meat grinder, and chop the onion into small cubes.
Step 2
Sauté the ground meat with the onion in an olive oil-coated skillet and simmer until cooked through.

Then add the spices, millet, and let it cool.
Step 4
Place the prepared filling onto the fat grid, gather the edges, and tie with cooking twine.
Step 5
Cook the haggis for 4 hours in chicken broth. Then place it in the oven preheated to 355°F for 30 minutes to brown the casing and make it crispy.
