Description
This steak is also known as 'schnitzel' due to the similar cooking method—first being breaded in flour and then fried in a large amount of fat.
Ingredients
- Pork Neck 30 oz
- Lard 5 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- French fries 15 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Finely chop the garlic.
Step 3
Cut the pork neck into 4 steaks and pound them.
Step 4
Season the steaks on all sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Step 5
Rub the meat with minced garlic.
Step 6
Cut the bacon into thick slices, making a series of cuts along one side, like a comb.
Step 7
Fry the bacon in vegetable oil until it forms a golden brown crust.
Step 8
Coat the steaks in flour.
Step 9
Sear the steaks in vegetable oil on both sides until cooked through, which will take about 20 minutes.
Step 10
Fry the potatoes in hot oil until golden brown.
Step 11
Place the potatoes on a plate, next to the steak, and top the steak with a crown of lard.
