Description
Chicken fillet should be rolled not lengthwise, but widthwise. It should be long, not thick!!!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Fresh basil leaves 1 bunch
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Bacon 10 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Dry White Wine 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric 0 oz
- Whole egg 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the ham and cheese into strips.
Step 2
Gently pound the chicken fillet into a thin pancake, covering it with plastic wrap to avoid tearing the chicken.
Step 3
Place cheese, bacon, and finely chopped basil on the chicken fillet. Carefully fold the sides to prevent the filling from leaking and roll it up.
Step 4
Fry in sunflower oil until golden brown and then transfer to the oven at 355°F for 15 minutes.
Step 5
For the sauce, melt the butter in a pan. Add the flour and constantly stir with a whisk to prevent lumps. Add cream, salt, pepper, turmeric, and wine. Once the sauce boils, remove from heat and let it steep.
