- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Pork fat 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Bananas 15 oz
- Salt to taste
- Herbs 1 bunch

Step 1
Cut the pork meat into cubes weighing 35–40 g, sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, add bay leaf, cumin, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 2
After that, fry the meat in hot oil.
Step 3
Serve the fried pork on a plate with a side of fried bananas; if bananas are unavailable, serve with fried potatoes and garnish with herbs.
