  • Minced garlic 1 clove
  • Sea Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons

Step 1

Cut the avocado in half and scoop the flesh into a medium-sized bowl. Add the chopped jalapeño and finely chopped onion.

Step 2

Place the minced garlic on a cutting board and sprinkle with salt. Using the blade of a knife, mash the salt into the garlic until it forms a paste.

Step 3

Add the garlic paste and lemon juice to the avocado and mix everything with a fork until you reach the desired consistency. Make sure the garlic is evenly distributed.
